Parallax owners also own JM Mechanical Services, Professional Real Estate Inspections, LLC; and partner cooperatively to compose an experienced team of licensed inspectors, and licensed HVAC personnel. From full service inspections, to air-quality-improving HVAC assessments, our team is ready to assist buyers and owners from project genesis to finish.
Parallax Builders has over 30 years experience in new construction and renovations of commercial, retail, industrial and multi-family projects.
Commercial projects include new construction renovations and tenant build-outs of shopping centers, office buildings, libraries, fire stations, public parks, educational facilities and medical facilities. Industrial plant work consists of architectural construction specific to plant operations.
Our residential projects consist of apartment complex rehabilitation, custom home new construction and custom residential renovations. Parallax also has personnel experienced in dealing with all types of storm damage.
Our specialists have years of experience in damage assessment and estimating cost of repairs and restoration. Including working with insurance adjusters in settling claims, and minimizing any corporate and personal losses. Parallax construction crews handle all phases of damage recovery from site cleanup and preparation to repairs and build-out.
